Service Description
A client-centered, attachment, and strength-based approach, incorporating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Indigenous Tools for Living, Mindfulness based approaches, Ecopsychology and Sand Play.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations will be billed 50% of the full session rate. Please contact the office if needing to cancel within the 24 hours.
